Residents can set up guests or visitors in advance, set expiration dates and even see when a housekeeper arrived. When residents order in, vendors are automatically added to the guest list for 90 minutes eliminating the need to call for the food, then call again to the gatehouse or lobby authorizing the food delivery. techcierge™ does it all in one convenient step. techcierge™ can also notify you with an automated call that one of your authorized visitors has checked in at the gate, so you know their arrival to your front door is eminent.

The techcierge ™ access control module is exceptionally versatile due to the consortium of companies that have integrated products such as keys fobs, smart cards, biometric readers, elevator controls, cameras etc. The techcierge ™ access control module is the master database and control software for ALL systems in your community. The largest security risk is not accurately tracking and syncing data between all the systems a modern community requires. Over time, several owners, guests, renters, their visitors, contractors, delivery personnel, staff etc. have access to all parts of the community. techcierge ™ access control module constantly updates all systems as to who has access to what and when:
Owners: Official owners are tied directly to title documents in sync with local county records as updated by the closing statements when a home closes. Since management uses these records to bill monthly maintenance fees, the techcierge ™ access control module monitors management's accounting program to validate current owners in real time to enforce who has the legal right to make changes and authorize access to a unit or car through the techcierge ™ system. Since all activity is meticulously logged, there is always a record of "what" happened "when". The system uses a facial tracking camera to unobtrusively capture the residents ID photo during orientation to store in the resident database. This feature not only enhances security, but allows staff members to associate names with faces more readily. It’s always nice when a resident can be greeted by name.
Guests and Visitors: Official owners select a secure PIN to access their unit preferences from anywhere in the world they have web access. If an owner wants to authorize a guest to enter their unit they can simply enter their PIN on a secure website or by cell phone and enter or "say" the names and timeframe for their guest. techcierge ™ instantly updates the gatehouse and front desk guest registries to expect these guests and even welcome them with a custom message from the owner.
The same site allows the owner to see if and when their guests arrived or track when a dog walker came and went for example. A digital signature pad also replaces conventional binders to privately capture and store who visited whom without allowing "snoopers" to flip through binders severely compromising the privacy of your residents.
Contractors: Proper insurance, plans and permits are essential when allowing contractors to perform work in the building or community. The techcierge ™ access control module informs staff whether or not a given contractor or company has been properly authorized by the Association in addition to the homeowner to perform work. Security badges are generated with photos and "work permitted" so staff know where a contractor is permitted to work:
