The techcierge™ local module is driven by our Resident Alert module which allows a manager to call or email blast all residents and guests simultaneously to alert them with timely information.

Since the techcierge™ master database is tied to all systems, it knows all the phone numbers and email addresses of all groups and subgroups ( customized by you ) of residents and guests. The manager simply dials a toll free number, enters their PIN and records the alert. After hearing back the way the alert will sound, the manager chooses who should receive the alert.

The system is VOIP server based, so it can call hundreds of numbers simultaneously. The resident's custom techcierge™ homepage allows residents to update their contact phone numbers and email as well as designate whether to be called in an emergency or non-emergency at a particular number.

Emergencies: Water main leaks, missing children, evacuation instructions etc.

Non-Emergencies: Community events, snow removal schedules, elections etc.
