Anytime a product or service is added to any of the 4000 plus communities currently using our software, the infrastructure module is updated for all communities at no charge, so over time, the software evolves whenever a community adopts the latest technology.
A variety of companies provide broadband internet access, cableTV, satellite, HDTV and telephony services that integrate with techcierge ™ features e.g. when a resident plugs their PC into one of the internet outlets in the building, their personal techcierge ™ homepage comes up immediately or one of the in house channels broadcasts activities to all residents uploaded by the concierge or a committee member. In cases where a Cisco VoIP color touchscreen phone is specified, residents can click or talk to staff live while using the same phone to make unlimited local and long distance calls just like a standard phone for a fraction of the cost of a standard phone.
