STEP 3: Delivering the System A SMART Community is only as smart as the staff using it. Two core principles of Simplikate's techcierge ™ solution are training and well designed delivery to unit owners. We certify each staff member on the system. STEP 4: Ongoing Support and Upgrades This is perhaps the most compelling advantage of Simplikate's techcierge ™ solution.
