Ordering In:Staff can easily enter local restaurant phone numbers for techcierge™ to act as a virtual switchboard. Resident's hear food choices such as "Press 1 for Chinese, 2 for Italian etc.". techcierge™ automatically connects the call. If you press "#" after placing your order, techcierge™ adds that vendor to your guest list for 90 minutes. You don't have to make 2 calls everytime you order in.

View Menus: Staff can scan local restaurant menus into the system so residents can peruse eateries by type, price and reviews. Reservations or take out are handled via phone or the techcierge ™ concierge module for communication to the concierge. The updater site for management to use to upload menus and choices it simple to sue and requires nothing more than basic "surfing" skills to update.

Place Reservations or Orders: Participating restaurants who agree to monitor their FAX or existing PC diligently are sent a FAX, email or direct command into their existing order entry system. The order is placed by the resident from the restaurant's customized, interactive menu on the techcierge ™ dining module. Since all techcierge ™ modules are SSL secure, credit card information can be used for "house charges". techcierge™ is designed on such a robust open platform, that any level of integration is possible based on the resources of the receiving restaurant.
