ON SITE CONCIERGE
The techcierge™ on site concierge module allows residents or guests to communicate with the concierge using their cell phone, PC connected to the web, set top TV box or "in unit" touchpanel. A typical sequence may be the resident scheduling a car service for transport to the airport at a certain time or requesting dinner reservations. Once the concierge inputs a confirmation number or reservation into the management portion of the system, the techcierge ™ module automatically "pushes" the information to display on the resident's panel, PC, set top box and/or sends an automated phone call confirmation to the resident, thus with one step, the concierge has documented the response and communicated the result. This system is powerful enough to be the only software the concierge needs to manage their contacts, service requests, resident preferences and vendor interaction.

Since everything ties back to the techcierge™ master database, contact information, history and preferences are available at all times with consistency and accuracy. If a resident moves, their information is automatically archived and the new information automatically appears from the new owners based on the information they provided at closing or lease signing, thus the concierge always has the most updated and accurate information for each resident.

When the concierge is planning an event for all residents or a group of residents, the system allows the concierge or manager to send group messages to all the panels, PCs or cell phones of all the residents or a selected group of residents simultaneously including multimedia sound, video or pictures. Front desk personnel may also enter messages into the system to further document and communicate to residents e.g. "Mr. Jones in 501 would like to know if you are available for tennis at 3PM". Powerful management and reporting tools allow concierge's to analyze where and how they are referring service. The system provides a repository for referrals and allows for comments, so if a concierge is not available or replaced, the intellectual capital of their work has been retained and owned by the association.
